You may have received Santa Faux engines instead.

Is this a try for a play on word with the french "faux" (false) ? For sure

new boxes. I'm eager to know what I'll find in them :-).

I almost used 'Santa Feigh'.

Australians like to intersperse their language with French words and phrases, in
a poor attempt to appear sophisticated. ;^)
