(...) The single-character suffixes are used, not because parts have multiple versions, but because different parts sometimes have the same number. Noticed a few odd things about the Minifig Helmets on the Parts Tracker a few weeks ago (URL) first thing I noticed is that the newer version of the original helmet (the thick chinstrap version) has been assigned the new 3DN 593. i guess that i should point out that the newest version of parts catalog will now download any given inventory from peeron.com. there is a menu item where you can enter the set number and that set will be downloaded and saved. it will also import (...) (21 years ago, 20-Nov-03, to lugnet.db.inv)
