There's something odd about the image Lugnet has for 4175, it shows the video for 4177. The pieces surrounding the video seem correct. (URL) (21 years ago, 19-May-03, to lugnet.db.scans)

They had free sets you could get with so many points, I only managed to get one set (can't think of it off hand). You had to pay S&H but you could get some good sets basicaly free! (...) It's from an old town minifig accessory pack, sorry I can't provide the number -- someone else surely will. It's fairly rare, but does occasionally appear for sale. Because of the way the element attaches to the head, you may want to consider (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-03, to lugnet.db.inv)

Hello out there, the subject says it all. BrickLink and Peeron don't seem to know where the White Pigtails Hair piece does come from. (Although BL did sell some last month) Does anyone know which minifig did use this on her head? thanks for the (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-03, to lugnet.db.inv)
