It's entirely possible. I'm not certain that these guys are located in
Castle World - don't want to disturb the natives with too much
technology - but with the amount of magic that gets thrown around
I'm sure dimensional travel is possible.
Oh, wait. The Faceless One has a theory. He says "obviously
these other Goblins are stunted and malformed due to their long
and distant separation from the Goblin homelands. Without the
proper physical and spiritual environment, a Goblin cannot hope
to attain their true physical or mental potential."
(Big words from a guy with a sack over his head, in my opinion,
but hey, I'm not the one that decided to mess with the dark spirits.)
