Unfortunately, the excerpts from a rather lengthy discussion between Kastagir
and a Goblin technomancer were among the severely damaged portions of the
recovered notes.  Teams of trained monks are working around the clock to
restore and translate these important historical documents, but as of yet only
fragments of the conversation have been recovered.

Still, since we know that their scientific knowledge and metallurgical
capability
extends to rather powerful springs, so it might not be too far off to assume
that
some kind of clockwork mechanism is involved somehow - although the thought
of a Goblin brigade busily winding their war machines before a battle does seem

to be a bit ridiculous.
