I remember your compliments on my initial posting way back when the IOM saga
began (http://news.lugnet.com/castle/org/cw/?n=1096). I was wondering if
anyone would remember that, since it's been so long since I've added anything
to Bertar's story. As for Galith, I can't get a picture of him yet since I
don't have all the parts (just missing a head, really), but I'll just say that
the Elyrion generally wear hooded tunics and trousers, with a shirt of mail
underneath.

Thanks, I'm pleased with how the layout turned out, too. As for the font, well,
we'll see. :)

Actually, Bertar's men are accustomed to and generally prefer the temperate,
fertile forests and grasslands of Bertar's homeland. It was only relatively
recently that Bertar was appointed King's Governor of The Great Desert, and he
and his followers relocated there. They have become somewhat used to the
desert, but don't like it much. On the other hand, the Trrologs that are
accompanying the expedition are natives of The Great Desert, and are
well-acclimated to desert conditions. Cooler/wetter conditions may cause them
some discomfort.
