not a large effect unless they were directly in the mist or very close to it.

True, but also under the header for "psionic creatures" I included creatures
that were or are formed and maintained using psionics.

Since the mist induces(sp.) hallucinations I thought it might affect the
psionic creatures and characters at a greater scale. Also if their mind is
clouded by the mist their powers could go wrong!
