1.Does the mist affect psionics and psionic creatures?

Given that the mist may be a hydroelectrodynamic form and it's clear ability
to effect perception (i.e, generates illusions) and resperatory functions
(i.e. harder to "centre" oneself and exercise mental discipline) "psionics"
will be nullified in much the same way as magic. I'm not quite sure what you
mean by "psionic creatures" though.

2.Can I have a group that sails for 3 days then gets some people teleported
aboard and continues it's journey for 4 days and reaches the Isle of Mist?

Most people assume that "teleporting" magically is strongly affected by
(deep, salty) water. Aside from that, holding open a gate on a shifting
platform and broadcasting a signal strong enough to achieve a "lock" over
such a distance as three day's sail would require (in my opinion) an
enormous amount of power. Perhaps you've some different way to do it or see
it as not being so difficult and, as it's your story, you can. There seems
to be nothing in IoM documentation to suggest it's not possible.

BTW I have to get my camera repaired so I can't sighn up for the Isle of
Mist or Castle world yet.But do I need to sign up if all the action is in a
different world right now.

I'll probably be corrected on this but here goes...

Castle World is a group of people who build and tell stories using LEGO. One
doesn't need t have written a word or stacked a brick to join. To identify
you to other Castle World members the adminstrators like you to have a
minifig to be recoginsed by. Commonly this fig is a character from a story
you've written (or intend to write). Further if your signature fig is made
from (realativly) common peices you could probably ask someone to build and
scan it for you if you can't take a pic yourself.
Beyond that joining Castle world is as easy as sending your name, some
signature figure details and (if you have one) a website address to the
castle world admins. at castle_world@hotmail.com

The Isle of Mist game is run by the Castle World group as a common location
to set stories and provide a backdrop for more widespread member interaction
and joint storytelling. Hence one is encouraged to be a member of castle
world to play. The tendency here is for illustrated stories to be rated
above pictures, which are in turn rated above just text. Some of us have no
choice (seperation from bricks, no camera, no scanner) but it seems that
even blurry pics are prefered to none at all.

As for your question do you need to sign up at all? If you want to go to the
isle of mist, it's probably a good idea. However, the isle of mist is a
place for joint storytelling and if you're unable to collaborate with others
(being on a different continent to America, small collection unable to
reproduce fancy rare figs, your storyline is rather tight and doesn't suit
joint work) then you should just concentrate on illustrating/writing your
own story set in your own world and not visit IoM. Join castle world though,
if only to provide a link from a central resource back to your own work.
