I have a question about the RDP's and such that will be used as portals in in
Castle World. Is it OK for, say, non magic-using characters to make use of
these?

| (...) Hey, eveything goes ;-) Seriousness aside, though... you can really do anything you want with those. It might be interesting to explain how a non-majick person got to know about the RDPs, for example... Or you could use different modes of (...) (24 years ago, 8-Jul-00, to lugnet.castle.org)
