None, nada, nai. CHIKUSO!!!!! (18+ Japanese) Even though I stopped
buying at Japan retail prices, this means it is only a matter of time
before Ninja sets are totally gone from the shelves in Tokyo.

It was only a matter of time...Ninja theme stuff disappeared from my part of
the world a year ago. Emmanuel in France has been pumping Ninja at discount
for 6 months.  The Ninja stock in Japan will probably appear in Europe or
U.S. next if it doesn't sell in Japan...A few of my 8480 Shuttles and half a
dozen different sets purchased at Kay-Bee last year seemed contained Asian
promo literature and catalogs.

Johnny Blaze mentioned the idea in another post about us contacting TLC
and politely asking for the line to be brought back.  Any suggestions on
how to do so? Perhaps if we can put together a list of links to our best
MoCs to accompany a letter which we could draft together?

I think a brief note in Lego.direct and .dearlego might be a good start.
Rather than demand anything, I guess we should politely ask the "powers that
be" if they are going to make more minihero Ninja packs or accessory packs.
I would love another installment of this theme but I fear that a second 5
pack of minifigures would be impossible.

On a personal note,  I would love a Ninja theme accessory pack.  I have been
quite happy with my "conversions".  (think about it, you can "Samur-ize any
figre with the armor piece) Lego has produced accessories packs for many
other Castle themes, Wild West, Pirates etc.  It seems logical that they
might be able to do this easily enough for Ninja fans.  I would love a bag
that included the 3 colors of Samurai helms, 2 colors of katanas, both armor
pieces, etc...

I think a link page with a few hand selected jpegs may be a nice reference
for any lurking Lego employee (I have at least 1 good gatehouse pic, Hopkins
at Baylit has a couple good pics, KK has Kumamoto, Steele had a "Great
Wall", etc)

Let's discuss the possibilities fro realistic to "really dreamin"

(...) I personally think that an accessory pack would be completely awesome, especially if it had one or two pieces of armor in it and at least 3 helmets in it. I doubt it will happen, but a man can dream, no? - Craig Livingston (23 years ago, 3-Mar-01, to lugnet.castle.ninja)
