Re: Harry Potter sets on Ebay

I think the castle and the train both look pretty cool. They'll both almost certainly end up in my collection. John Hansen (23 years ago, 22-Jun-01, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.harrypotter)

  Re: site update

(...) Hi James! First thing I looked at was your MOC. Now, I don't think BURPs are that bad when used well, and I must say you used them well. The front of your bulding would fit seamlessly inside a mountain. I would love to see you build a big (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jun-01, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general, lugnet.build)

  Re: Disco Inferno

I love it! Gary BTW is there any chance you might someday release the .dat for that dragon? (it'd take 3 years for me to come up with enough black to build one, but hey, I can dream can't I?) Thanks for the comments Shiri. The custom torsos are stickers, and they are not mine, I cant remember who did them but if they let me know I'll credit them. I have lots more characters photographed, so I'll stick some more up in the next day or so. (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jun-01, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general, lugnet.build)

  Re: site update

Hey James, I think the MOC looks great, and I agree that the BURPS don't stick out at all, which is nice to see. What caught my eye about the model was the judicious use of brown parts to add some colour to the model - looks great! Keep up the good (...)   Winged minifigs

I have a quest for you all. I have been asked if it is possible to make winged minifigs (with dragon wings). I know I have seen some really good solutions to this problem but I can't remember where I saw it. All my prototypes of winged minifigs look (...) (23 years ago, 24-Jun-01, to lugnet.castle)

  Medieval Villages

I took a stroll around the Museum of Welsh Life at St Fagans on the weekend. I didn't have my camera unfortunately but will take one next time. They have taken old buildings from around the country and rebuilt them all togther. It gave me loads of (...) (23 years ago, 25-Jun-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: July MOTM is ready to go!

(...) Such big decisions! Silly castle people, can't you take turns? The vote'll be split among you all! Who do I vote for? I'm torn, Brad's cathedral is cool but Tamy and Elin and the dragon... ugh!! -Shiri (23 years ago, 25-Jun-01, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw, lugnet.castle)
