I'm with you on this one James.  I'm sorry if my Posting seemed directed at
you specifically, It was really intended to be more of a look into how the
wall pieces add to the theme as opposed to detracting from it, and why there
are a lot of us looking forward to the day when,or if, they arrive.  I'm
holding my breath for some yellow and red tudor pieces like the ones in the
guarded inn!
It does appear that you've borne the brunt of the Wall lovers backlash for
some reason, I'm sorry, I really understood that you were only saying that
you wouldn't get all excited if they were offered because you had plenty.  I
was referring to the folks in past posts who had said that they don't like them.
To you folks who hate 'em, send em to me, along with your burps!
Jon
Now if the'yd only include a pitchfork and some armor with each burp, those
babies would fly off of the shelves!

I'd look forward to being able to supplement my walls with some black with
grey stones exposed, or maybe some more grey corner pieces.  If anyone out
there really does have buckets and buckets of them laying around because
they don't like them, e-mail me, and I'd love to purchase them!  Jon

I guess I should clarify things, since I appear to be in the camp of "castle
wall haters", which just ain't so. :)

I don't actively despise the castle walls or anything, I just don't need
more of them.  I have used them at various times, and will certainly use
them again, but I've got lots, and they're really a lot lower on my
"acquire" list than many other parts, especially bricks, plates, arches &
slopes.

I'm not saying they're bad, or that people out there don't want them - I'm
just saying *I* don't want anymore.  Which should not be construed as saying
I want to get rid of the ones I have.  There's a large gap between "enough"
and "too many".  :D

Given my druthers, I want more versatile parts, that's all.  Other folks are
different, which is good.

James

...Now, if LEGO produced a castle wall piece that didn't have a window...
totally different story! :D :D :D
