  Re: group request castle.ninja

(...) While lugnet.castle.ninja may have some good reasons to exist, I'd hate to see the others. The traffic volume in .castle just isn't that high. I think it's best to create sub-theme groups only when there's a clear need due to overall traffic (...) (24 years ago, 23-Feb-01, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.castle)

  Re: group request castle.ninja

(...) Ditto-ing Frank, although with slightly different reasons... Ninja is the only castle subtheme that is taken on it's own by most people... There's lots of people out there that build Ninja stuff "seperately" and talk about it the same way. (...) (24 years ago, 23-Feb-01, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.castle)

Re: group request castle.ancient (was Re: group request castle.ninja)

(...) But Ninja is an established LEGO (sub)theme. Ancient also usually pops up in .build.arch (I'm assuming you are refering to greek, roman ect.) I think it makes sence to make a .castle.ninja group. I agree with Frank and James on why the other (...) (24 years ago, 23-Feb-01, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.castle)

Re: Book I of the Hillsfar Chronicles: A Friend Returns

(...) way cool! It's even better now. I gotta add that your ideas about the lighting were great, and I guess those extra tries and image editing really paid off, because those pictures are good. And I can't wait to see what happens next! (Would you (...) (24 years ago, 23-Feb-01, to lugnet.castle.org, lugnet.castle)

  Re: group request castle.ninja

(...) I am with Frank on this. When people talk about Ninja a lot of times they are really talking about all castles/architecture oriental in nature and therefore there is a large amount to be said about the topic. Whereas to talk about all things (...) (24 years ago, 24-Feb-01, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.castle)

  Part location advice

Some of the new Star Wars sets have nice minifig hoods; two of the sort I'm looking for can be found in <set:3340>. I know they're made in brown and there's one in the Gungan Sub set-- does anyone know of a smaller set with that piece in brown? Now (...) (24 years ago, 24-Feb-01, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Part location advice

(...) Nope, the Gungan Sub is the only way to get the brown hood piece currently. I hope we see more next year. :) I'm still hoping we see white ones, myself... Jeff (24 years ago, 24-Feb-01, to lugnet.castle)

  Castle architecture

Hello everyone, I'm quite new to LUGNET, and I'm excited about getting back into castles.
