Re: A few more castle pics up.

(...) I'm working on year three and counting! I don't make a lot of money at my job so progress is slow. Most of the castle has interiors, including the corner towers and main gates, so there's a lot more pieces involved than if I just built a (...) (25 years ago, 13-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Silver bricks

As far as I know the reflective silver bricks come in one configuration 2x4. They were (past tense) available in a tub and a bucket set. One silver brick per. They are hard to come by. (I think the Duplo tub had a Duplo 2x4 in silver as well) They (...) (25 years ago, 13-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Whoah! My cat just caused me to post a blank message twice! In any case, sorry for being such a dork - I found Ed's site on the links page. I remember his castle being featured in the Lego club 'zine and it's way cool to see more of it! Dan (25 years ago, 13-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Trans-blue pieces (was: Silver bricks)

  Re: Silver bricks

(...) There are various elements that come in silver, but if you are referring to the silver 2x4 brick [1], then that only came in the Anniversary Bucket which is generally no longer available retail (I did find 9 last June on clearance at a TRU in (...)   Re: Silver bricks

(...) I believe that silver bricks only came in the 2x4 size. They were included in various 'silver anniversary' buckets and tubs (both LEGO and Duplo), and you only got 1 brick per product. I've got 23 2x4 bricks myself, but am not expecting to (...) (25 years ago, 13-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

(...) The silver bricks only came in the silver anniversary buckets last year. One 2x4 brick per bucket. As far as I know no other actual bricks are silver colored. Those that are will be hard to come by. (...) I have some 1x1s, 1x2 slopes, 2x2 (...) (25 years ago, 13-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Silver bricks

Good Luck ! TLG included one silver brick in each of the 25th Anniv bulk buckets / tubs. Set numbers were in the range 3025-3030 with 3029 & 3030 being duplo sized. So you would have to locate quite a number of tubs/buckets or find someone selling (...) (25 years ago, 13-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Question on Tan Peasants

Hello, I was wondering what the opinions are on tan peasants, personally I think lego should make Tan Peasants for their new castle line. They would look more realistic. I know I am going to have made stickers that are precut using the gray peasant (...) (25 years ago, 14-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Question on Tan Peasants

(...) Hey they allready make Tan Peasants. They come in the Star Wars sets :) . More to your point however I think that TLG (TLC) needs more peasants period in the castle line and more everyday folk in all the lines. The problem is that kids don't (...) (25 years ago, 14-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

In lugnet.castle, Jonathan Wilson writes: <snipagge> (...) helms (...) I will agree on the bat helms, they are pretty sucky, always nice just to have a *very* few for variety, but not in massive numbers. Mike (25 years ago, 15-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)
