I'm working on year three and counting! I don't make a lot of money at my job
so progress is slow. Most of the castle has interiors, including the corner
towers and main gates, so there's a lot more pieces involved than if I just
built a castle model. As for how many pieces - I honestly have no real idea,
but my best estimate is at least 75,000-100,000 and it's not even close to
completion. I also have a lot of other pieces tied up in village buldings too,
and even a huge tower / tree fort for my witches based on the Black Tower of
Istanbul, but with tree branches growing out of it. I don't have a PC, so I
can't use L-Draw or anything like that, so I just make up all of my stuff as I
go along.
In any case I will take more pictures with the tower fronts removed to show
the interior details soon. Also, since I'm new to the Lugnet news groups, can
someone please let me know of a URL to any of Ed Boxer's works? I've been
bulding this castle in my own little world that I am dying of curiousity to see
what others have done!
