Not really, it goes kinda concave into the center. I leave a little excess and
then shave it down with an x-acto knife to get that smooth edge - otherwise it
gets kinda rough and white-ish. That's why I said I use it to lop off large
chunks - like on the axe thing - to take off the spike on the one side and the
blade on the other.

Yeah, I got that same boxed set years ago for wood carvings, it's great.
I've wrecked more fingers than ABS with a dull blade, I must say! Removed large
chunks of flesh and fingernail more than once.
