Yes it can be... though I believe Todd has some serious thoughts against this :( There is a page somewhere with rules to using his logo... I don't remember exactly where though... I would probably ask him personally before you post it somewhere on a (...) (25 years ago, 27-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)
