Re: HP new sets ??????? —Troy Cefaratti
(...) It was my understand that atleast the hagrids hut was a reworked set, with a real roof this time. Can't seem to recall where I heard that though. My guess would be that the Hogwarts Express is reworked too, as the price point is different. (...) (21 years ago, 31-Dec-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.harrypotter, FTX)

Re: HP new sets ??????? —James Stacey
we know that the castle is being reissued under a new number (URL) with the amount of stock floating round (in Britain at least) at half price or less its difficult to see why they are bothering (21 years ago, 31-Dec-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.harrypotter)

Re: HP new sets ??????? —Peter F. Guenther
(...) Maybe they're testing the hypothesis that the new greys will be more popular than the old ones? =D Peter (21 years ago, 2-Jan-04, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.harrypotter)

~Jus' two more things: (URL) anyone get a good look @ the 'dark-cloaked' figure in the background between the train and the minifig on the right…nice!         Re: New 2004 Sets! —Jeff Barnas
(...) (URL) set looks (to me) like a set that is not done yet. I would have thought that the map of Hogwarts would be a decal piece with a custom image. The picture doesnt have great quality either which could result in the color of Harry's face. I (...) (21 years ago, 5-Jan-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.year.2004)

Re: New 2004 Sets! —Scott Lyttle
<snip> (...) I counted 2 out of 7 sets to be Jack Stone. I think it's a good idea--especially with younger children that like Spiderman, but don't have the assembly skills or patience to build the system sets--not to mention some families have kids (...)          Re: New 2004 Sets! —Aaron Sneary
(...) I think Harry is flesh toned. After the Cloud City set was announced and shown at Brickfest 2003, the LEGO representatives said that LEGO would be doing more accurate skin-toning of all licensed characters.         Re: New 2004 Sets! —Sonnich Jensen

Re: New 2004 Sets! —Dave Lovelace
(...) Sure as heck looks like violet to me, but purples/blues never quite come through very well in low-quality images like this... I'd buy it if it was...and I don't even collect Harry Potter sets! --Dave (21 years ago, 6-Jan-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: New 2004 Sets! —Ray Sanders
(...) I wonder if that might be Violet. Several of the figs from the NBA Collector packs have Violet torsos and hips/legs.
