Nice start, though your choice of font for the narrative text is a little
difficult to read.  I've always liked the comic book style storytelling (as
is shown by my Castle World and Vader stories)

Adrian:
I think the comics are the best way to storytell with LEGO.. maximum Lego
involved and lots of action!  I think it also makes the read less 'painful' and
goes quicker.

Exactly.  Nothing against Anthony Sava's storytelling style, though.

Is it really that hard to read?  I was thinking of doing the whole story in
that font (dialogue + narration).. I thought it gave it all a cool 'castle'
feel.  Well... maybe not.

It's not horrible, but I have to stop and think about the words a little
more. It's your design style though, and go with it.  It is a neat font, though.

Hey that reminds me, whatever happened with Xander de la Vega and his search
for his father?  That was really a cool story, a kinda humorous as well.

He kind of got lost in a field of non-inspiration.  Then the .space world
got its claws into me, and that was the delay of that.  It's tough having so
many different focuses :)

Oh, by the way, you misspelled "written" on your splash image.

Adrian

(...) I understand. I'm also currently balancing between space and castle. It was actually space that got me back into story-telling: ((URL) and inspired me to go through with Beyhadur. It would be totally cool to continue the Xander story, tho. (...) (22 years ago, 4-Feb-03, to lugnet.castle)
