It probably wouldn't be too bad, and I may do that with some of my extra King
Leos if I get more. Currently, though, all six are being used for another
purpose: Servants! I made four into trumpeteers, using classic smilies and
black peasant cowls, and then I gave each a gold bugle. The other two are just
plain servants/pages, with classic smilies and mail hairpieces. They look
really cool IMO ('specially the Trumpeteers).

I was thinking of using them as turrets along a straight section of wall.
These typically weren't very large, and regular 3x3 quarter octagon bricks
would still give it a nice overhang.

Look at some classic Crusaders. The soldiers often had an insignia on their
tabbards, rather than printed armor.
