I like this idea for a .castle contest. My only concern is that it might be
hard to judge what MOCs are the best for 2002 when 2002 is not yet over.
(Although I must confess I say this partly because I have yet to post any
pics of my various BrickSiege MOCs other than those on my teaser page, below*.)
Anyhoo, I'll have to look around and see who else I might nominate... :)
Also, if .castle wants to run contests, might I suggest following a similar
plan to what .space has done for the past few years and have an annual
sub-theme contest where each year people spend a month building MOCs for a
given sub-theme, starting with the oldest first and so on (i.e. Classic
Castle the first year, Crusaders the second year, Black Falcons the third,
etc.). If such a contest could be held around May or June, that would put
it six months away from the normal .space one (making it easier for those of
us that cross-theme build).
