I also want to publically thank Kevin for collaborating with me on this
absolutely fantastic chapter. Though, being the coconspirator I was able to
see the chapter a few days in advance, but I digress ;)
And of course PLUKWYT! (you know, us, as opposed to me, cause, we're two
people, not one. Of course sometimes I wonder if I'm just one person or not,
those voices in my head are pretty convincing...)
