  Re: NWBrickCon 2003

(...) Glad to hear it. I'll be working on the website tonight with Mark Neumann. -Grand Admiral and Keeper of Fleebnorks (URL) "Adopt a fleebnork.   Re: Crossing of Foul Utterence - Castle MOC "Dare" Build

(...) Nice Job, Eric. I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to guest judge your MOC at the fest. Based on Castle Evaluation criteria, Overall Model, 2/2 Parts Selection, 2/2 (creative use of those dino lids) Color Scheme, 1.5/2 (grey, but attempt to make (...)   Re: NWBrickCon 2003

I'll be dropping in to spread my diseased presence as well. Hoping the site gets up soon enough for pre-reg. Will bring... um... stuff. Lots of stuff :) Take care, Soren (URL) (21 years ago, 13-Aug-03, to lugnet.events.nwbrickcon, lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.build, lugnet.castle, lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Re: Castle Builder's Guild

(...) Agreed! After spending several hours looking into the differences between Castle Town and Community Castle I believe I have a concept for the difference. I think that the standards for each support the other. I would be nice to see a large (...) (21 years ago, 13-Aug-03, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

  Another MOC

Hi again, Here is another MOC I've been working on. No detailed pictures yet, but a nice teaser picture. It is yet another in the vein of my Terry Brooks project. (URL) Also you can check out the rest of my Stuff at: (URL) Let me know what you think (...) (21 years ago, 13-Aug-03, to lugnet.castle)

Re: My Newest (and Largest) MOC yet

(...) The cliffs were kind of hard. Had to keep trying to rework them. Probably would have been easier if I had started with them rather than with the keep itself and trying to build them around it. I'm still having trouble keeping it stable perched (...) (21 years ago, 13-Aug-03, to lugnet.castle)

Re: My Newest (and Largest) MOC yet

(...) The gate house was kind of an after thought, but I like how it turned out. It and the bridge were really difficult to do since they stick out so far. It is hard to make the whole thing stable enough to move. And its hard to find a place to set (...) (21 years ago, 13-Aug-03, to lugnet.castle)

Re: My Newest (and Largest) MOC yet

(...) Steve, That's a neat keep, I like the gatehouse and causeway. The name confused me though, I read Druid and was expecting lots of trees and such. Thanks, George (21 years ago, 13-Aug-03, to lugnet.castle)

Re: My Newest (and Largest) MOC yet

I like the cliffs and the small rounded corner towers. It reminds me of the tower of London. The bridge is a nice touch as well. I look forward to seeing more pictures. Ben (21 years ago, 13-Aug-03, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Castle Builder's Guild

(...) Thanks. :) (...) Lugnet.castle is probably not large enough to have subgroups yet. It could, as others have mentioned, split the community even more. We really do not have that many posts per day so it is not a big issue. (Although, I am proud (...) (21 years ago, 13-Aug-03, to lugnet.castle, FTX)
