Hmmm... good call Travis... unfortunately he said that everything works fine if
he runs L3P manually, so the LDrawDir variable must be set (or he has LDAO
installed).
L3PAO does *not* set the LDrawDir variable automatically though, so that was a
good observation that I completely missed. :)

| (...) Right. From (URL) or ldraw.ini It is no longer necessary to set the environment variable LDRAWDIR if you are using LDAO or LDLite. If LDRAWDIR is not set, L3P looks for ldraw.ini in C:\Windows (or the directory specified by the environment (...) (24 years ago, 24-Oct-00, to lugnet.cad.ray)
