I used Pov-ray 3.1 with a resolution of 320x 240 no AA Initial_clock = 1 Final_clock = 75 Initial_Frame = 1 Final_Frame = 75 Cyclic_Animation = on Why does it (...) | | | | (...) Ray tracing is very CPU intensive, and I guess also quite memory hungry. If you've got SDRAM then that could be a bottleneck. A P4 or AMD XP CPU running much faster with DDR would probably make a huge difference in this case, but I'm not (...) (22 years ago, 13-Aug-02, to lugnet.cad.ray)

Don't use POVRay for generation of time delay in an animation, use the animation software instead (setting time for a frame, duplicating a frame etc) -- Anders Isaksson, Sweden BlockCAD: (...)
