This is to Mike, but I want to see how many other people would like this, too. 1. Disallow the nesting of parts within other parts. When I drag a part (say, a 1x6 beam) onto another part, I don't want to be able to have it sink halfway into the part (...) (24 years ago, 8-Mar-01, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

I had expected you were doing it by coordinate filtering (but that may explain why you don't support selection in 3D) Personally I find it much more confusing not to (...) Hi Michael I have a suggestion for fast access to grid settings: A double click on the icon should directly open the grid setting dialog. The same could be done for the general settings by clicking on mode icons (view mode, place mode, ...) Marc (...) (24 years ago, 7-Mar-01, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

(...) Regarding the selection, MLCad uses a special buffer which keeps track of the parts visible on the screen. For all other parts I would have to go through the list of triangles, lines and quads until I find something in the rectangle. This can (...)
