Rubber bands?

How does one add rubber bands (the kind that come with
a lot of Technic sets, esp. the star wars sets) to a model in MLCad,
or any other lego cad program for that matter?

(...) Right now, there isn't any good way to handle rubber bands in L-CAD programs. LDraw's language was written to handle objects that don't change size or shape. This model, called the litewing, uses a rubber band to turn the engine when the wheels move. I built the ruber band piece by bent piece using a light saber blade that I scaled down. To make a part smaller, it's best to put it into the default center (...) (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)
