You need to add the word 'Train' somewhere in the title of the part (that's
the first line of the file) in order for it to show up in the train category
in MLCad.
As far as the description, MLCad won't give you one for an unoffical file
unless it's in the LDRAW/PARTS or LDRAW/MODELS directories (hint,hint Michael).

The actual part file does not hold information for the library category(actually called "group" - not to be confused with modeling groups) that the part (...) (22 years ago, 20-Nov-02, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)
