All the official parts can be downloaded from http://www.ldraw.org/download/
Unofficial and pre-release parts are often posted to lugnet.cad.dat.parts
Specifically the bow and stern sections of the large hulls have yet to be done,
but some of the new SW parts have recently been created. Most of the basic
minifig parts exist - all body parts (head/torso/arms/hands/hips/legs) and a
fair selection of headwear/neckware. Many of the most popular decorated torsos
are also available, together with the less complex decorated heads.
