Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, I'm still having
the problem! :-( I sent in a trouble report to MediaOne
(my ISP) last night, and I actually received a *human* response
today! (As opposed to the auto-reply.)
In their reply, they told me that they couldn't access the site
themselves either, and wanted me to run a traceroute
and send them the results. They showed me how to run a traceroute,
and this was the final screen of data I got when I ran the traceroute
today.
