This is the *third* day I have been trying to access "www.ldraw.org"
without success.
I have *yet* to receive a response from a human being at Media One.
No phone calls, no email (other than the original email
from some anonymous techie at Media One on Sunday), nada, zip, zilch.
I've been promised a "reply within 24 hours" by the auto-reply function
for the past 48 hours, but I have yet to receive an actual human response,
in spite of my many replies with my home phone and a request for a phone call.
And as far as *me* calling *them*, I don't intend to waste any *more*
of my time sitting on hold and/or trying to navigate Voice Mail Purgatory
only to be shuffled into a mailbox that's *full*.
I *was* able to successfully trace route to www.ldraw.org
by increasing the maximum number of hops. Here is the trace route:
