"I" didn't do that. According to the email that John Miller sent me, he had converted the model to DXF and imported into Bryce 4 for rendering. (...) Bryce, or more accurately Bryce 4, is a renderer. It is a commercially available program that is very powerful, and the results are very good. A small correction here; I made a mistake - only one of the models was rendered using Bryce 4 (the (...) (23 years ago, 26-Apr-01, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

Here goes, Voting is up an running for the May MOTM. (URL) models have been rendered in Bryce. Bryce looks a little different from POV-Ray - sort of another philosophy on the idea of "photo-realistic". Regrettably, the only way I know of to get any of the DAT files posted but not yet packaged and released, is to hunt for them one-by-one here at LUGNet.CAD... :-( This is one of the reasons I was so thankful that Tore was doing the Parts (...) No insult or complaint was implied by my message. 'What gives?' is just my way of being curious. I've been gone for the the last few month due to the fact I'm in the U.S. Navy and was just wondering why. If you find "what gives" disheartening I (...) (...) Or failing that, one of those boxes that splits a monitor signal to two monitors. Another way is using a laptop with mirroring to an external monitor. A raytracing demo would be a good thing!
