That's normal, if you mean the progress bar that appears on the main form
when you start LDAO, not the messages you get when you open the VEC, about
parts.lst and the VEC being out-of-date.

However, the VEC batch processes still run every time I start LDAO instead of just once, and the Minifig modeler (which was actually (...) (24 years ago, 30-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
