Ok,
MLCad already supports color meta commands of LDLite except the naming
feature, I'll try to implement this into the next version, along with some
suggestions from the articles arround "Suggestions for developers of LCAD
programs.
But one question is still open. Would you prefere to have colors generally
stored and overwritten by definitions in the models? If yes what should
happen if two models (e.g. in a MPD file) overwrite the same color?
Regarding the mentioned article a lot of the things you asked for are
already in the program, only I cannot write every feature in the article I
post when I release a new version. So reading the help documentation which
comes with the program is a must! E.g. MLCad already supports the shortcuts
of LEdit (at least I hope so, if not I will introduce them according to the
mentioned file).
