I believe the newest L3P is totally up-to-date on primitive substitutions,
but the previous did not substitute all cones.
BTW, which cones did you use? I meas-timated the radii as 5 and 9, so the
existing conic primitives don't fit very well. I guess using two
overlapping 1-4con3.dat's would be best, one scaled to 1.66667, the other
at 2.25.
How did you handle the cutout not being along the radial planes of the
cone? That was the reason I was procrastinating on implementing this
section of the part.
