Ok, I've got my calipers here, and I'm reading .1325 inches in diameter.  I
plug that figure into my trusty HP28S and get a conversion to 3.3655mm, and
half of that is 1.68275mm radius.

I'll leave the conversion to LDUs to you :)

Without getting into the metric versus imperial debate again... but using
my assumption that the are 64 LDUs to the inch, 0.1325 inches is close enough
to 8.5 LDU.
