Such components are handled correctly by BFCFixer as "detached"
submodels, and are oriented consistently with the rest of the polygons
in the file as long as each independant submodel is sufficiently
enclosed that a correct winding can be determined.
Of course, if such detached submodels are in a subfile, then they won't
affect the output of BFCFixer one iota, since detached submodels in
other files will not affect the winding of any polygons in the file
BFCFixer is actually processing
