Need more $$ for ldraw.org banner...

Hey everybody... I've been working with John Neal and we thought we could get the ldraw.org vinyl banner for $100, but realized that different printing methods wouldn't give us the result we need. This means that I'm in need of $130 more towards the (...) (24 years ago, 26-Jun-00, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.events, lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw, lugnet.org.us)

  Re: We're on the itinerary!

(...) I'm not terribly concerned about the clarity of the entry. Though yes, it would be nice to have us mentioned by name, its not absolutely necessary, because our events themselves will mention us by name, and so will our literature. Eg, (...)   Re: We're on the itinerary!

(...) I find it disturbing that I can only view this with IE for some reason. I have to clear my Netscape Cache but at the moment I can't view it with Netscape. As to your issue with the text...   Re: We're on the itinerary!

(...) I agree with you, but I'm not sure that this would be any more clear to the average person that this isn't Lego-sponsored, without further explanatory text. (24 years ago, 26-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.org.us.baylug, lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw, lugnet.events, lugnet.trains.org)

  Re: We're on the itinerary!

(...) Am I the only one who finds this both almost as disturbing as exciting? I realize I'm looking at the page several days after it was originally mentioned, so maybe the text has changed, but the text I see doesn't mention BayLUG or GMLTC or (...)   Re: Kidvention: Part (6085) Needed!

While examining part 6084 Windscreen Top (Aquanaut Sub) to see what portions I might be able to reuse in creating part 6084, I noticed quite a few errors in the part. There are many extra type 2 lines, and even a misplaced quadrilateral. The whole (...) (24 years ago, 25-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Name suggestions for L3DView

(...) I think the project files are ascii. So you can load them up in your favorite text editor and then search and destroy. Make a backup just in case though. Have fun, Don (24 years ago, 24-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Kidvention: Part Needed!

(...) Unless someone has started this part (6085) already, I think I could give it a shot--doesn't look too complicated. Might be difficult to measure tho... --Bram Bram Lambrecht.........Br...L@JUNO.com (URL) (24 years ago, 24-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Kidvention: Part Needed!

Hey.. Just wondering if anyone who has started on the bottom half of the aquazone sub front windshields (the one which holds the computer inside...) could work on that for me for the Kidvention?   Re: Name suggestions for L3DView

(...) How about just LDView? The LD prefix is pretty common to LDraw-related programs (LDao, LDScript, LDLite, LDList). Or TCView. Or LDTCView. Or LDGLView. Or glLDView.
