It has yellow and black danger stripes with chrome stains and must be from set #4940 Granite Grinder. I've made a mockup (...) (25 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

There are two of them in the Chrome Crusher #4970 I'd guess that if not allready, then sooner or later, there will be a version without the "scratches" almost all the "danger striped" pieces in that set have scratches, propably from falling (...)
