I am not so keen on "half" because it's not really exactly a half of a dome,
it's rather more than half. (put two back to back to see what I mean).
I'd support calling it "partial" or something like that. Or even "facade" since
I think the reason it's a bit more than half is so that models will look OK from
other than directly straight on.
Do we have precedent for calling things "half" that aren't quite half? (either
more, or less...)
