Can you use a movedto to fix the other one?

Moving parts requires using a different number.  Which is possible if we
aren't parked on a 'real' part number, but are using a 3DN (three digit
number).  But it's not possible if a part is already on the right
number.

What is the 9v orientation?

The 9V tracks haven't been officialized yet, so they can be changed.
The straight 9V track runs on the X-axis, the crosstrack is on X and Z,
and the others haven't been made yet (unless I missed them).   But I'm
fine with the tracks running along the X axis, especially since the
existing 4.5V/12V tracks can't be changed.

It would be nice if everything was compatible...

It would definitely be good if everything is the same.
