Sounds like 'cocked hat' would be more of an informal name. I think it
would be better to go with Minifig Hat Bicorne. And part 2544 should be
renamed Minifig Hat Tricorne.
For KEYWORDS, the bicorne should include:
bi-corner
bicorn
chapeau-bras[1]
chapeau bras[1]
cocked hat
fore and aft hat
2-corner

1) Although there seems to be conflicting information of whether the bicorne
or tricorne is properly the chapeau-bras. Seems to me it'd be the bicorne
-- it has to lay flat, in order to be tucked under the arm, and how is a
tricorne going to do that?
