First, make a plain version of the part, and call it 6092.dat. For
LDraw, we always include a plain version of parts, even if LEGO never
released the part without a pattern.

Once you've got a plain 6092.dat, copy the file to 6092p01.dat. Then
inline all the stud.dat references that should be partly patterned. If

reference to the appropriate color.
Once you've got a stud.dat inlined, you can replace parts of it with
colored polygons to make the pattern.

I could live with no Lego logo on some studs but for those who insist on perfection (...) (23 years ago, 18-Apr-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

It is similar to part 6092px1 I found in peeron.com ((URL) Form is the same, but color and pattern are different. It is rather complicated and (...) (23 years ago, 17-Apr-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
