Do you mean like a mesh? Not really.

You make the decoration by drawing all the hex's. In this case especially.

One last thing: I have not looked at your file yet, but what i did was i put the Primitve 4-8SPHE.DAT into my (...) (24 years ago, 9-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
