Whoops, sorry about that! Well, I think it needs more work then.
I can't find a really definitive picture, but if you look here:

you will see that the black outer circle is significantly less than the tile
diameter, and that the gray lobes forming the asterisk are a lot thinner,
with edges that are parallel to each other instead of divided the way a dart
board is.
Are you drawing this part "by eye" or measuring, or working from a scan?
Scanning it in and then blowing up the scan to really high resolution may be
a good way to get the dimensions closer.

Don't give up, just work more slowly! I'm keen to have this part as it's the
only part in my PCC that I didn't have an image from, but if I didn't
recognise it, it means you might have been a bit far off the mark.

I'm sure that if I had a part or a good close-up pic or scan that I could work from (...) (24 years ago, 25-Oct-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
