Oldest battery box & electronic units of 118 and 138

(...) Although I have created mockups for the microphone and control unit for personal use. If you want to create these parts, please do. I can send you my mockups, if you like to. Niels (20 years ago, 24-Nov-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Hook Coupling 737c01.dat and 444.dat train wheel.

(...) Wouldn't it be best to create 'inventorying policy'? Inventorying is much faster than actually modelling the parts, so the {ldraw} part library is {in my eyes} just a subset of peeron library. And while you think about some new policies, some (...) (20 years ago, 23-Nov-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Hook Coupling 737c01.dat and 444.dat train wheel.

(...) There is a logic to Niels' xNNN numbers and although this has been explained several times before, it probably deserves repeating. The LDraw convention for part numbers (initiated by James Jessiman) is to use 3-digit part numbers where the (...) (20 years ago, 23-Nov-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) [snip] (...) Hello Niels, (...) ldraw failed. Then I had a three weeks vacation without online access. Now I uploaded them at brickshelf to publish them. :-( (...) these (even if I think mine are more accurately done).... (...) I had a close (...) (20 years ago, 22-Nov-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: parts i'd like to see in Lcad/MLcad

Re: Sub-part numbers for Monorail Point/Switch Right

(...) Well this is a problem. But it could occure to more "old" DAT-files. (...) I could live with that. And I also think a "go left/right" and a "go straight" Shortcut _is_ needed. CU bernd (20 years ago, 22-Nov-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Sub-part numbers for Monorail Point/Switch Right

(...) At the least, 2880 and 2881 are used in James' parts list: (URL) apparently weren't changed in the Purge Of 1998-06. So if the numbers are incorrect, no one knew it back then. Steve (20 years ago, 22-Nov-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Sub-part numbers for Monorail Point/Switch Right

(...) Before renumbering we need to understand where these numbers came from. Being 4-digit numbers, we must assume that someone, at some time, thought they were correct. Nor is it beyond the bounds of possibility that LEGO used the same number more (...) (20 years ago, 22-Nov-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Hook Coupling 737c01.dat and 444.dat train wheel.

(...) For the hooks I only found two versions, but I haven't yet finished the curved end. (URL) thanks for your historical overview of when the different types of hook couplings were used and in wich sets. Very interesting. Niels (20 years ago, 22-Nov-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Sub-part numbers for Monorail Point/Switch Right

(...) Hehe, did the same and here are the pics for it: (URL) inner parts has been made as DATs from me. So I'll take them to the tracker. Hmmm, the 2880 and 2881 are already given to two parts. 2880 - Hinge Bar 2 & 1/2 with 2 and 3 Fingers on Ends (...) (20 years ago, 21-Nov-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
