Re: Where can I get these cool 3d Bionicle Parts ?

(...) Well I can't really answer that but I can't think of any reason why they wouldn't be. I would love for someone to create ldraw files for some of the parts in the Bohrok line so I can finally make instructions for my (URL) destroyer droid>.   Re: Issues with a Few Parts on the Tracker

(...) The CMDLINE meta-statement was originally created to give us some way of giving rendering suggestions to programs that use the parts library. For instance, it was thought that we could specify a 180deg rotation for all those panel parts (like (...) (20 years ago, 13-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

I've gotten a couple of replies from people who might work on some Bionicle parts if they didn't think they'd be wasting their time or duplicating efforts. Here's a question : Would bionicle parts be allowed on the ldraw.org parts tracker ? (20 years ago, 14-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.general, lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: New part: Train Wheel Old with 4 Studs and Traction Teeth

Oops, I noticed one miscalculation. The front of this wheel is not at -10.5 but at -12. Niels (20 years ago, 13-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Issues with a Few Parts on the Tracker

(...) Just a note: in this situation (which apparently is not actually the situation), this file should have used a tilde (~), not an underscore. Underscores are for "official part shortcuts", which are relatively rare creatures. Steve (20 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Issues with a Few Parts on the Tracker

(...) I've never used "CMDLINE -c" except under protest, and dislike its inherent obsolesence. One could argue that almost EVERY part occurs in only one colour the first time it is produced. As soon as the second colour is produced the dat file is (...) (20 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Issues with a Few Parts on the Tracker

(...) I would say that it's a good thing to leave them in. 2 reasons for this: - Once developers decide they want to support it, the implementation is aleady there. - To remove them would force all the parts that have the command to go thruogh PT (...)
