(...) (URL) could make a quick mock-up by shortening the current LDraw parts. But that wouldn't snap directly onto studs like the short version does. To make the part correctly requires changing the dimensions of the rails and rungs. A 1x2 stud (...) (21 years ago, 27-Mar-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Not sure if this has been brought up before, but the naming of the technic liftarms leaves something to be desired. It seems mostly the thin ones have just the dimensions, thick ones have "straight" appended. Except for the 4L liftarms. Bricklink (...)
