(...) (URL) could make a quick mock-up by shortening the current LDraw parts. But that wouldn't snap directly onto studs like the short version does. Not sure if this has been brought up before, but the naming of the technic liftarms leaves something to be desired. It seems mostly the thin ones have just the dimensions, thick ones have "straight" appended. Except for the 4L liftarms. Bricklink (...) (...) Modulex is designed on a 1x1x1 cube, different from System dimensions. They were never designed to integrate into the Lego system.
