x345: Technic Flex System Ball Connector (closed)  [DAT]

This is the first part I've attempted to do BFC on, and I'm confused - how do I decide the winding of type 3 & 4 objects? I switched on mytest6 in L3Lab, and they all display blue. I think I got all the type 1s right tho 8?) Comments? ROSCO 0 (...) (22 years ago, 27-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

x342c01: Technic Flex-System 96LDU Long (open file for usage guide)  [DAT]

See also x342 & x343. I'm not sure about the naming & numbering on this one - its set up the same as 75, 76 & 77 flex elements. I was considering not making x343 a part, asit only contains 1 line, but it gives the part the correct scale, and makes (...) (22 years ago, 27-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Could someone tell me what this is?

Ronald, I have a picture of the hollow stud cones on my mold-variant comparison page: (URL) you know of any other part variations, please let me know. I'm always searching for more pictures for my collections. Sorry, I can't help you with the (...) (22 years ago, 26-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Could someone tell me what this is?

(...) I think you've got part 4168, 'Train Signal Mast'. (...) These parts have appeared in two sets (or three, depending on how you count). One is <set:4564 Freight Rail Runner>, the other is a recycling truck. You can see the part in use here (...) (22 years ago, 25-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Could someone tell me what this is?

(...) It's way beyond my limited ability to modify other's parts into new ones :). I'm the sort of person that thinks that if Lego made the part, even a variation of an existing part (for instance, I have a 2 x 2 x 2 cone that has an open stud in my (...)   Re: Could someone tell me what this is?

(...) I think this is the part you discriped. I wonder that this hasn't made until now. These are two parts: 1) the sliding hook - 2651 2) the hinge box for the hook - no number, but must be near to the first I'll make this part if nobody else want (...)   Re: Could someone tell me what this is?

Ronald, The dat file is a train signal mast, as mentioned previously. It has been used for other purposes. It is Lego: (URL) second piece doesn't have an official name (Peeron - Boat Hook, Bricklink - Slider Hook). It is used on a town boat to (...) (22 years ago, 26-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
